Tommy David

Tommy Joseph David, 60 years old, native of Baton Rouge and resident of Clinton, LA, was called to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on May 31, 2022 at MD Anderson in Houston TX. He entered this world on December 1, 1961, born to Leroy and Elizabeth David, in Baton Rouge, LA. Tommy was respected and very loved by all his family and coworkers. His sense of humor kept the emotions light in many of the difficult situations he found himself in. He fought hard, loved deep and braved through a very hard battle, using his situation to minister to others.

Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Kim LeBlanc David; mother, Elizabeth Schulin David; sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Mark Guilbeau; nephews and niece, Nicholas and Lani Guilbeau, Jason and Charity Guilbeau, Joshua and Dana Guilbeau, Hannah and Nathan Goff, and Ryan LeBlanc; and their children, Hope, Lawson, Levi, Evangeline, Nathan, Lincoln, Thane, Isaiah, Timothy, Norah Jane Guilbeau and Winston Goff; and brothers-in-law, Cal and David LeBlanc.

Tommy is preceded in death by his father, Leroy Joseph David.

Pallbearers will be Ryan LeBlanc, Nicholas, Jason and Joshua Guilbeau, Butch Bateman, Brett and Troy Kairdolf, and Darren Hollingsworth.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, LA, on Monday, June 6, 2022, from 10:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 1:00 PM, officiated by Deacon Tommy Benoit and Dustin Nichols. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Baker, Louisiana.
