Jeanette Brashear

Jeanette Hines Brashear, 72 years old, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother was called to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on November 9, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. She entered this world on February 25, 1949, born to Marjorie and Enoch Hines, in Clinton, IL. She was a member of Live Oak Methodist Church. She loved her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Jeanette is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Ronnie Brashear; sons, David Brashear and Mike Brashear; daughter, Kim Brashear Graves; grandchildren, Braeden Brashear, Kayla Bosarge, Brett Graves, and Devin Graves; great-granddaughter, Natalie Bosarge; brother, Wendell Hines; sisters, Catherine Hall, Carol Sumrall, and June Morfopoulos; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Jeanette is preceded in death by her father, Enoch Hines; mother, Marjorie Hines; and son-in-law, John Graves.

Serving as pallbearers will be David Brashear, Mike Brashear, Braeden Brashear, Brett Graves, Devin Graves, and Mark Hyatt.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, LA, on Friday, November 12, 2021, from 9:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Baker, Louisiana.
