Harvey "Buddy" Fields, Iii

Harvey Goodwin "Buddy" Fields, III, 80 years old, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather was called to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 12, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He entered this world on April 7, 1941, born to Myrtle Stockwell Spears and Harvey Fields, Jr., in Shreveport, LA.

Buddy is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Mary Elizabeth Timme Fields; son, Mark Goodwin Fields; granddaughter, Desirae Rochelle Fields; grandson, Mark Lane Fields; and great-granddaughter, Ida Rosalia Perez.

Buddy is preceded in death by his father, Harvey Fields, II; mother, Myrtle Stockwell Spears; and son, Michael Thomas Fields.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, from 10:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 1:00 PM, officiated by Reverend Matt Hays. The burial will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Baker, Louisiana.
