Harold Joseph Dupuy resident of Baker, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, June 30, 2022 at Baton Rouge General. He was 84 and a Native of Plaquemine. Harold was the most loving and sweetest Father and Grandpa anyone could ask for. Harold loved fishing, singing, family vacations to GrandIsle and most of all spending time with his family.
Harold has one biological daughter Amelia Dupuy and three step daughters Brenda Hull, Julie Swearingen and Laurie Tooley; Ten grandchildren, Aaron, Kaelyn Victoria, Landon, Brett, Casie, Joshua, Jeanee, Christian, Bobby, and Tonya; Twenty-Two great-grandchildren, A.J., Harley, Bentley, Trace, Kane, Alaina, Nathan, Kaylee, Floyd, Taylor, Braden, Lil Laurie, Jack, Marvin, Ozzlen, Deanna, Brittney, Megan, Ambrielle, Layla, Amanda, and Eric. Eight great-great grandchildren, Zaylen, Lynix, Lilah, Lil Jack, Malaya, Annabelle, Adalyn and Lilianna.
Harold proceeded in death by his beautiful wife, Annabelle Dupuy of 50 years; parents, Carl and Victoria Dupuy; 4 brothers, Robert, Irwin, Carl Jr., and Gerald; 4 sisters, Helen, Catherine, Beverly, and Delores.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Friday, July 8, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the funeral service at 11:00 AM. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker.
