Sarah Elizabeth Miller, 26, was called to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on August 4, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 23, 1999, in Baton Rouge, LA, to Pat and Diane Miller, Sarah brought endless light and joy into the world, living her life with grace and devotion.
Sarah loved her family fiercely and unconditionally. She found her greatest happiness in spending time with friends, filling kitchens with warmth, and sharing love through her passion for cooking and eating together. Her bright smile and generous heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her best friends, Darlinee Perez, Genesis and Robert Corsino, and her boyfriend, James Cheramie, were a constant source of joy in her life and stayed faithfully by her side during her final days. Sarah is survived by her loving parents, James "Pat" and Diane Miller; brother, Brandon Stanley (Elizabeth); and a niece, Margaret Anne Stanley; and her special significant other, whom she spent 7 years of her life with, James Cheramie. She is survived by her loving Godparents, Debbie Johnson Dunaway and Daniel Joseph Johnson.
Sarah is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Eula and Carlton Courville; paternal grandparents, Marguerite and Leroy Miller, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church, 5354 Plank Road, Baton Rouge, LA, on Saturday, August 8th, 2026, from 8:00 AM until the Rosary at 9:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM, officiated by Fr. Tat Hoang C.Ss.R. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Baker, Louisiana.
