Robert Curtis, Sr.

Robert Keith Curtis, Sr., 59 years old, was called to be with his Heavenly Father peacefully on November 24, 2016. He entered this world on December 18, 1956 in Baton Rouge, born to William and June Kinchen Curtis.

Robert is survived by two daughters, Charlene M. Curtis and Jennifer "Brooke" Curtis Evans; three sons, Joshua K. Curtis, Robert K. Curtis, Jr., and Jonathan B. Curtis; five grandchildren, Haille, Mary, Anastasia, Nathanial, and Deliliah; four sisters, Patsy Shaffet, Sharon Hebert, Denise Cazes and Susan Bonfanti; four brothers, Wayne T. Curtis, Michael J. Curtis, William "Tommy" Curtis and Andrew Curtis.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, W.T. and June "Cat" Curtis; and first wife, Melinda Stickland.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. officiated by Reverend Mark Gregoire of First Baptist Church of Wilson.

The graveside service and burial will follow in the Baywood Church of Christ Cemetery in Pride.

Pallbearers will be Andy Curtis, Tommy Curtis, Michael Curtis, Wayne Curtis, Gus McNair, and Tim Hollingsworth.
