Michael Matassarin
Michael Leon Matassarin passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the Baton Rouge General MidCity Hospital. He was 51 years old. He was a commercial fisherman and a resident of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 12pm Friday, November 19th. Religious services at 2:00 pm on Friday in the Baker Funeral Home Chapel with entombment following at Hillcrest Mausoleum in Baker. He is survived by his parents, Matt and Marguerite Matassarin a son, Joseph Matassarin and two sisters, Jeri Jo Cullison and Keri Lynn McGovern. He was preceded in death by a son, Richard Matassarin. Pallbearers will be John Cullison, Carroll Sharon Phillips, Kevin McGovern, and Pamela David Dyg. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Hospice of Baton Rouge.
