Mamie Sevier

A native and resident of Baton Rouge, she passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 8:50pm at Baton Rouge Health Care Center. She was 83, and a retired nurses aide. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Survived by a daughter, Lola Babs Raffety of Baton Rouge sister, Norma Guss of Texas three grandsons, Ryan Raffety and fiance Kim Spears, Michael Raffety and wife Terrie, and Jason Raffety six great babies, Jovi, Amelia, Haley, Michael Alan, Ryan Patrick, and Kaleb Joseph and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Olive Barrow eight brothers, and three sisters.
