Linda Crittenden

Linda Faye Crittenden, age 68, who was a resident of Baker, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, April 11, 2016. Linda was a faithful member of 1st Baptist, Zachary where she had served the Lord for 15 faithful years. When Linda was not at home taking care of her family she loved serving the elderly. She was a loving wife, mother, granny and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Linda is survived by her loving husband, Charles Crittenden; three sons, Stephen Crittenden, Paul Crittenden (Kacy), Nia Crittenden (Lea); seven grandchildren, Ashton, Amelia, Micah, Zacharia and Lily Crittenden, Acelen Bourgeois and Joshua Magee; two sisters, Wanda Chapman and Paula Spencer; one brother, Alvis Durham Jr.; and two brothers-in-law, Benny Crittenden and John Crittenden.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvis and Mary (Polly) Durham.
The family request that visiting hours be observed on Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 4:00PM until 7:00PM at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker. A memorial service will begin at 7:00PM and will be officiated by Brother Stephen Byrd of First Baptist Church, Zachary.
