Leslie Townsend

Leslie Paul Townsend sadly left us on October 4, 2023. His loving wife and cherished little dog, Reuben were by his side.  Leslie was a retired Probation and Parole Officer with the Department of Corrections where he fulfilled his duties with honor, integrity, and compassion. Leslie loved Jesus with his whole heart and soul.

He is survived by his wife, Janci Townsend; daughter, Camilla Mychal Dozier; son-in-law, Lance Dozier; and his three little monkey boys, Konnor Jack Dozier, Bretton Dane Dozier, and Arlen James Dozier.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 9:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Baker, Louisiana.
