Harvey M. "Polly" Stokes

A resident of Central, LA, Polly passed away on Friday, April 24, 2015. She was 94, born on January 6, 1921, in Bude, MS.

Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Monday, April 27, from 5:00pm-8:00pm. A second visitation will take place at Baker Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 from 10:00am until religious services in the chapel at 11:00am, conducted by Rev. Jay Avance. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker.

Polly is survived by two sons, Paul Stokes and wife Renee, and Anthony Stokes and wife Cheryl; and good friends, Ms. Earline and Ms. Anna May.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harvey Mullins; husband, Paul B. Stokes; five sisters; and two brothers.

Polly was a longtime member of Blackwater Methodist Church.
