Garnet "Ray" Rogillio, 91 years old, a long-time resident of Baker, LA left his earthly home and went to be with his Father in Heaven on October 19, 2025, He was born to Garnet and Clara Rogillio in Baton Rouge, LA on October 20, 1933. Ray proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a servant to Jesus Christ, his family, church, friends, neighbors, and all whom he knew.
Ray is survived by his three sons and daughters in-law, Curtiss Randall and Arlene Rogillio of Centreville, MS, Brent Allen and Jackie Rogillio of Clinton, and Benjamin Ray and Nikki Rogillio of Baker; ten grandchildren, Melanie Rogillio Leger, Jacob Rogillio, Tabitha Ducote, Trent Rogillio, Kristin, Cody, Kyle, Caden Rogillio, Paige Accardo, and Megan Accardo; great grandchildren, Dylan and Natalie Leger, Addilyn Rogillio, Paisley and Lorelai Ducote, Braelynn Scott, Carter, Kayleigh, Gabriel, Rogillio, Wrenlee Snoddy; brothers, David Rogillio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ray was preceded in death by his loving wife, Faye Stringer Rogillio; and parents, Garnet Randolph Rogillio and Clara Bankston Rogillio.
Pallbearers are Troy Ducote, Cody, Kyle and Caden Rogillio, Dylan David. Honorary pallbearers are the deacons of Foster Road Baptist Church.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, LA on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 9:00 AM until the funeral service at 11:00 AM, officiated by Rev. Mike Morris. The graveside service with Military Honors will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker, LA.
