Eugenia Hernandez

A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Dell passed away peacefully at her home in Baker, LA, on Thursday, October 9, 2014. She was 87, and a native of Baton Rouge.

Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Friday, Oct. 10, from 58pm, and on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 9am until religious services in the chapel at 11am. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker.

Dell is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Owen and husband, Gary of Shreveport son, Marc Hernandez of Baker stepson whom Dell loved as a son, Lynn Wayne Hernandez and wife, Janell of Slaughter a brother, Ben Browning and wife Mary of Central sisterinlaw, Louella H. Slade seven grandchildren and numerous greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Linden P. Hernandez, Jr. a sister, Elaine Brice two brothers, Pete and Kenny Browning and her parents, Howard and Gena F. Browning.
