Ernest Odell Mercer, Jr, born October 04, 1952, was called home by God on December 19, 2015 at 2:10pm at his home in Baton Rouge, LA. He was a native of Pride, LA.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Fletcher (Baton Rouge, LA); two sons, two daughters; three step-daughters; step-son; five brothers, six sisters; numerous grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
