Edith Rollins

A Homemaker, resident of Zachary and a native of Livingston Parish, she passed away Saturday June 30th 2012 at Lane Regional Medical Center at the age of 85. Visiting 5:009:00 Thursday July 5, 2012 at Baker Funeral Home and on Friday 12:002:00 pm with religious services at 2:00 pm in the Baker Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Bill Rinehart. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. She is survived by 5 daughters: Berta Orillion, Connie Berry, Susan Farris, Nora Reed and Brenda Watts 1 son, James E. Rollins and 1 sister, Louise Dugas. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 22 greatgrandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Emmitt E. Rollins, a son, Louis B. Rollins, 3 grandchildren, 1 greatgrandchild, 4 brothers and 1 sister. Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons and greatgrandsons. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church of Zachary and of Chapter 234 Baker Order of The Eastern Star.
