Doris Long

Doris LaGrone Long, age 89, native of Arkansas and resident of Baker, LA passed away May 6, 2015 at Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA.

Doris was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother and friend. She was a retired nurse and member of Family Worship Center in Baton Rouge.

She is survived by: daughter, Becky Bertinot and husband Ronald; son, George Long, Jr. and wife Rose Mary; grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by: husband, George Long, Sr.; daughter, Debbie Long; and her parents.

Visiting hours will be observed Monday, May 11, 2015 from 10:00am until 12:00pm at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, LA.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 11, 2015 at 12:00pm at Baker Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker.
