Denise Chauvin

Denise Chauvin, 64, passed away peacefully at home on November 16, 2025. She was born October 30, 1961.

Denise was a graduate of Baker High School and lived in Baker, LA most of her life. Everyone that knew Denise appreciated her fantastic cooking abilities. And she always wanted to cook for her family and friends. She had a comical sense of humor, loved to paint, and she could frequently be found painting another room in her house. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt playing games with the kids as often as possible. She loved her family deeply. Denise will be missed by all members of her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents Margie Ardoin and Albert Ardoin Jr., along with her son Terry Baggett Jr.; she is survived by her daughter, Margie Chauvin, sister Roxane Estes (Michael) and by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, countless aunts, uncles and cousins.

Denise will be buried with her mother, father and son at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery (Private Burial). A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be announced in the future for her family and friends to attend to share stories and remember Denise.
