Charles Creel

A resident of Maurepas, LA, Charles passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2015. He was 60, and a native of Bogalusa.

Charles is survived by three children and a son-in-law, Amanda Creel (Chad) Viola, Paul Creel, and Loni Creel Smith; two sisters, Sylvia (Jim) Bailey; and Juanita (Johnny) Bassett; three brothers, Roger Creel, Lee Wayne Creel, and Martin (Sue) Creel; six grandchildren, Kaylie Viola, Cade Viola, Breanna Creel, Jacoby Creel, Brittany Smith, and Reagan Smith; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Wilmer "Bill" Creel and Hilda N. Creel; and a brother, Jerry O. Creel.

The family requests visiting hours to be observed at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, LA, on Wednesday, October 21, from 5:00-8:00pm. A graveside service will be held at Jenkins Family Cemetery in Sheridan, LA, on Thursday, October 22, at 10:00am.

Serving as pallbearers are Paul Creel, Chad Viola, Roger Creel, Marty Creel, Lee Wayne Creel, and Bobby Schneider.
