Cecilia Smith

Cecilia Smith, beloved mother and grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on February 1, 2018. She entered this world on July 27, 1932 in Woodville, MS born to Casey and Iona Brown. She dedicated her life to the Lord and proudly served her country in the U.S. Army.

Cecilia is survived by her sons, Guy David Smith, Samuel Earl Smith and Robert James Smith and wife Tamae; grandchildren, Jesse Smith and Troy Bernard.

Cecilia preceded in death by brothers, Lindsey "Cotton" Brown and Bernell Brown; sister, Lela Walker .

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, LA, on Monday, February 5, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Reverend Jay Avance.
