Weeping may endure for the night, but joy cometh in the morning. Psalms 30:5. The loving wife of a Baptist minister, and a devoted mother, sister, and Nanaw, Betty Jean Inabnit Hale passed away on Monday, May 28, 2012 at her home in Baker. She was 82, and a native of Mobile, AL. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 8:30am until religious services in the chapel at 10am, conducted by Rev. Gene Rives. Graveside service at 2:30pm Thursday at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia, MS. Survived by a daughter, Mary Hale of Baker a son, John William Hale of Lucedale, MS a sister, Doris McDill of Panama City, FL six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Rev. Bill Hale two sons, Jim and Tim Hale a brother, Henry Inabnit a sister, Mary Jane Koesy and her parents, Rev. Henry and Mary Inabnit. Betty was a good Christian woman who loved and cherished her family. She will be sadly missed.
