Beth Robinson

Beth Elaine Robinson, 75, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend was called to her eternal resting place on May 28, 2016. She entered this world on August 26, 1940 in Alexandria, LA. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her joy came from the time she spent with them. Beth had a green thumb. She loved taking care of her plants and vegetables. She was a beautician and worked at the Baker Skating Rink for many years.

Beth is survived by her daughters, Mary Taylor Pierce and husband James, Teresa Taylor Maynard and husband Geoffrey, Lisa Phillips Menegus and husband Michael, and Robin Robinson Young and husband Kevin; son, Jay O'Neal Robinson; grandchildren, Sherrie Evans, John Verrett, Christine Baggett Kirschner, Destiny Young, Kevin Young, II, Nikki Young and Nicole Menegus; great-grandchildren, Lauren, Dalton, and Nathan Evans, Gabriel, Abigail, Camille, Elijah and Liberty Kirschner, Ada Rose Paterson, Auden John Love, and Carter Lee Young.

Beth is preceded in death by her mother, Anna Belle Holt West and grandmother, Rosa Holt.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Rd., Baker, LA Thursday, June 2, 2016 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. The visitation will continue at Baker Funeral Home on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 10:00 am until the celebration of life at 12:00 pm. The burial will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Reverend Hurley will officiate the services.
