Allen Mcmorris

Allen Ross McMorris, 72 years old, was called home on May 19, 2018. He entered this world on January 22, 1946, in Livingston, LA, born the youngest of twelve, to George and Hattie McMorris. Allen was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many.

Allen is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Ann McMorris; son, Jeffery McMorris; daughter, Melanie Gwin; and numerous grandchildren.

Allen is preceded in death by his parents, George and Hattie McMorris.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, LA, on Monday, May 21, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until the service begins at 1:00 p.m. conducted by Jason Winters. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker.

The family would like to express their sincerest appreciation to The Hospice of Baton Rouge, Allen's brother in-law, Danny Scott, and nephew, William "Tooty" Scott for the exceptional care provided.
