Dane was always a bright light during the years that I knew him and reading the condolences I see he continued to be a light to those around him. It is sad to see him leave life so early and I send my condolences to his family, friends and all who miss him. I hope you will find solace in your memories and in the assurance that he now stands before the Light of the World.

A lot of Light & Laughter has now left this world. Dane's heart was larger than life and it is too little to say that he will be missed. Our Prayers go out to Debbie, Thomas and the rest of his loved ones. God grant you peace.

Dane, will be missed. I appreciated his tremendously positive outlook and enjoyed his stories about time spent outdoors. This never failed to brighten my day as I would happen to see Dane on campus.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Debbie...I'm sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Dane for the past 4 years and there was not a day that went by he did not have a good joke and/or one of a kind story he had to tell that left us in stitches. He will truly be missed in the carpenter shop. May he rest in peace!

Dane was such a great friend. His jokes and laughter that would fill the room will be sorely missed. We know that he is in a much better place and out of pain now and that we will see him again.

Dane was always such a sweet man to me and my children. They indeed loved him like an uncle. I always appreciate the respectful memories he shared with me about my son, Galen after he passed away in 2005. Dane kept Galen's fishing pole in his shed for many years after, as a token of remembrance. I will always cherish my memories of him for that. I hope they are fishing together among the stars in heaven...
